I love to dance and sing but I never dance around an issue. 

I am vocal and candid in my approach but melodic in my delivery.

I've been in Sales for 25+ years - 15 in a people management role, creating positive cultures, resulting in high-performing teams.  For the last 10 years, I have led entire sales organizations, implementing processes, learning from mistakes, and growing revenues.
